DIY Bilge Kit for Seadoo ST3 Hull 2018+

This DIY bilge kit will assist you installing a bilge pump in your Seadoo ST3 jetski. The kit includes a prewired modular 3D printed box made for the Sea-Flo 3-Way Bilge Pump Switch Panel. Designed and Made in the USA.

This kit comes in two versions, depending on your Air Box Setup.

• Factory Air Box -  A specific mounting bracket to utilize the post that is next to the fuse box and 16" Power, 36" Bilge Leads, Mounting Bracket and 4x M4x12mm Hex Screws. The box is installed by inserting the box on the left of the post at and angle to allow the mount to line up with the post. The mount is pressure fit to the post so a few light taps with a rubber mallet will seat the mount on the post. Removing it is simply pulling up the box and rocking it back and fourth to remove.
  
  Please make sure that there is post next to the fuse box. Look at photos to check/verify if you have this post. This is how this mount attaches. They exist on the FishPro Sport, Trophy and Apex models. Otherwise, you will need the Riva / Universal version.
  
  
• Riva / Universal Kit - A drill template, so you can locate and drill holes on the RIVA bracket that is holding the coolant tank to mount the box and 36" Power and Bilge Leads and 2x M4x12mm Hex Screws. Box has mounting holes in the 9, 12, 3 o'clock positions to allow the box to mounted in various configuration.
  
  
• I may offer different brackets to allow for different mounting options in the future.

You will need to add your own bilge pump, hose, outlet port and decide how you want to connect the bilge to the bilge leads.

The power and junction connections comes terminated with waterproof heat shrink ends. This setup allows the Bilge to function without having to turn on the Ski since it's connected directly to the battery and not the fusing box.

  • BLACK - GND on 3 Way Switch
• Bilge Lead - 36"
  • RED - 12v - AUTO on the 3 Way Switch
  • YELLOW - 12v - MAN on the 3 Way Switch

I have included a photo of my own personal setup to give you an example or idea for you to build your own. I wanted an OEM look and feel so decided use a 3 Pin MX 150 kit to make the connection between the 3 Way Switch and Bilge Pump in case I needed to remove / replace / service the bilge pump in the future. I also used some wire loom tubing for the bilge wiring to keep it neat.
