Refund policy

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for product(s) damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was received.

Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email sales@lpgworks.com within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and work if you to resolve the issue. If a replacement item is deemed to be necessary but is not available, we will refund you the full purchase price.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it.
